ASIC fee increase for Company Registration and Company Name Reservation.

From 1 July 2010, the fee for registering a Pty Ltd company with ASIC increased from $400 to $412 and the fee for reserving a name for a Pty Ltd company increased from $40 to $41. Although the Cleardocs fees did not increase, the total cost for a Company Registration is now $549.50 and a Company Name Reservation is now $63.00.
