Legislative and regulatory documents
Christopher has worked:
- on the team that produced the Australian Stock Exchange's plain-language Listing Rules;
- with Phil Knight (Canada) and Professor Joseph Kimble (USA) to produce a demonstration rewrite of South Africa's Human Rights Commission Bill for South Africa's Minister of Justice;
- on rewrites of legislation for parliamentary committees - notably a rewrite of the Subordinate Legislation Act (Vic); and
- on several of the Law Reform Commission of Victoria's groundbreaking demonstration rewrites of legislation. The highlight of his participation in that work was the Commission's rewrite of Division 16E of Part III of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936.
