Minutes of a Meeting of SMSF trustees approving the establishment of the Custody Trust
A meeting of trustees or directors of the trustee company must be held. At the meeting, the trustees or directors of the trustee company must resolve to approve the establishment of the Custody Trust.
The resolution can be recorded in the minutes document included in the Cleardocs SMSF borrowing (bank) and SMSF borrowing (related party) document packages. It must then be kept with the fund's records.
