Unit Trust Deed Document

The terms and conditions under which a unit trust is established and maintained are set out in its deed.

Cleardocs has 2 types of unit trust available – Unit Trust - fixed and Unit Trust - non-fixed. The trust deed document is included in both document packages.

The trust is established by the trust's unit holders and trustee (or trustees) signing the trust deed, and the unit holders paying the amounts they are required to pay in relation to the initial units to the trustee.
