Minutes of a Meeting of directors of the company that will be trustee of a Unit Trust

A meeting of the directors of the trustee company must be held in accordance with that company's Constitution. At the meeting, the directors must resolve that the company consents to act as trustee of the Unit Trust.

The resolution can be recorded in the minutes document included in the Cleardocs Unit Trust - fixed and Unit Trust - non-fixed document packages. It must then be put on the company register of the trustee and a copy placed on the register of the unit trust.
