Taxpayers Australia - A Voice for the Individual and Business Taxpayer
Taxpayers Australia represents the interests of all taxpayers and is well known and respected for the role it plays in being the taxpayer's watchdog. The Association has earned respect because it is independent and does not represent any narrow sectional pressure group - instead it represents the interests of all taxpayers.
The Association's members include tax agents, accountants, financial planners, solicitors, trustees, small, medium and large businesses and corporations as well as individual taxpayers. It has an extensive website and provides free electronic newsletters to anyone wishing to become a Friend of the Association.
The Association is represented on the national Tax Liaison Group as well as the Group's many sub-committees. It is also represented on the various State Revenue Office committees.
