The Cleardocs standard employment contract package enables you to clearly set out the terms and conditions of the employment relationship between your organisation and the employee. The employment contract complies with the Fair Work Act 2009 and the National Employment Standards (NES) as in force at the time of your purchase.

Tailoring the standard employment contract to the needs of your organisation
The Cleardocs interface enables you to tailor the standard employment contract to meet the needs of your organisation. So as with all Cleardocs documents, our employment contract is much more than an employment contract template. For example, you can choose to include clauses to reflect whether:
- The employee is full or part time;
- The employee has a probationary period — you may choose how long this period may be;
- The employee has a commission arrangement;
- The employee is entitled to be part of a bonus scheme.

The vast majority of Employee-Employer relationships are covered by the Fair Work Act 2009 (including the National Employment Standards (NES)) and other industrial awards or agreements so you need to know whether these apply to your organisation. - it is a trading or financial corporation; or
