How to use Cleardocs
When you use Cleardocs, you answer questions on our online interface. You pay at the end — only if you are 100% happy with your answers. This means you can see how our system works and get comfortable using it without any obligation. Once you have paid for your document, you can download it instantly.
Here's how our online ordering system works:

2. Choose the product you want here -
3. Complete our online question interface -
4. Review your answers and pay for your document -
5. Download or print your document here -
6. If you ordered printing and binding, confirm printing
Completing the question interface
If you start the question interface and can't complete it for any reason, then don't worry, you can "save and exit". This saves the information you have typed in so far and allows you to complete your answers at a later stage.

Reviewing your answers
When you've completed the question interface, the final step before payment is to review your answers. The system shows you a summary page, with the information you have typed in. If you notice any mistakes, then you can change your answers before you proceed to payment.
Paying for your document
Once you're happy with the information you have provided, you can go ahead and pay for your document. Payment is made online by Visa or Mastercard, through the ANZ bank's secure payment gateway.
Your completed documents
When you have paid for your documents, they will be ready for you on your Cleardocs homepage — you can download them straight to your screen, or click to have them emailed to you or to someone else.
Printed and bound documents
You can order professionally printed and bound copies of your documents for $49.50. If you have ordered printed copies of your documents, then you will need to confirm your printing order on the homepage — you do that once you are happy with the electronic copy you have received.
What to do with your documents
Each Cleardocs document package comes with an establishment kit that explains to you what you need to do next with your documents.
