Reserve the name - all online instantly Reserving a company name with ASIC is easy through Cleardocs. You can use Cleardocs to lodge the Form 410 with ASIC electronically. There is no need to lodge anything by hand any more. The Cleardocs fee is $22 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $40. You'll receive the reservation number by email immediately.
