ASIC fee increase effective 1 July 2014

From 1 July 2014, ASIC fees will increase. The fee increases apply to lodgements including the following company services:

• registration of a proprietary limited company, from $444 to $457;
• registration of a public company limited by guarantee, from $366 to $377; and
• company name reservation, from $44 to $45.

While the ASIC fee increases mean the total price of some Cleardocs document packages will change, Cleardocs fees and charges remain the same.

Please note that ASIC fees are not subject to GST.

ClearWill Online: option to nominate more beneficiaries of cash gifts

We have updated the document package for ClearWill Online.

When ClearWill Online was released last year, our question interface allowed you to nominate up to five individual beneficiaries and five charitable beneficiaries of cash gifts.

In response to customer feedback, the document package now allows you to nominate up to 10 individual beneficiaries of cash gifts (and five charitable beneficiaries).
