The annual SMSF Service Provider Awards recognise Australia's best SMSF service providers across 15 categories as rated by both SMSF trustees and SMSF-advising financial planners and accountants.

This is the third time, and second year running, that Cleardocs has won in prestigious Adviser Choice category, with respondents flagging ease-of-use, fast turnaround, cost effectiveness and good customer service as key to the Cleardocs win.

"We're extremely proud of the recognition our customers have given us as it validates our user-obsessed approach to providing a trusted solution," says Jackie Rhodes, Thomson Reuters Managing Director, Asia & Emerging Markets.

"In such a competitive landscape, this result highlights our commitment to the customer experience; from a dedicated and experienced support team to a focus on ease-of-use and leveraging data integration with third parties to save time and improve accuracy."

Cleardocs is not only a repeated winner in the Adviser category – SMSF Members also voted Cleardocs 'Best Trust Deed Supplier' in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020. This ongoing recognition acknowledges a continued dedication to enhancing the customer experience and consistently providing a top-quality end product that can be relied upon.

Other repeat winners in the Adviser category this year included Cleardocs partners, Heffron and BGL Corporate Solutions.

This year's event was held on Thursday 13 October 2022 at the Australian National Maritime Museum and were presented by CoreData, selfmanagedsuper, and smstrusteenews.
