Since our last edition, we have been busy improving your Cleardocs experience. See our highlights below.

Time and costs savings with BGL integration

Cleardocs now has API integrations with cloud-based company compliance software BGL CAS360.

The system integration allows customers who register companies through Cleardocs to automatically create that company in BGL CAS360. This feature will not only save you valuable time and cost but improve data accuracy and your overall experience of the system.

How does it work? Cleardocs does the setup and BGL CAS306 does the maintenance, for example, changes to the directors of the company.

Next up: Automating centralised document storage

The next part of this integration will enable the Cleardocs system to send the legal documents you generate as well as the certificate of registration directly to BGL CAS360, so that these documents are stored in the one place for the lifetime of the company.
