Before you start: SMSF borrowing (bank) + register Corporate Trustee

Step 1: Preparing to Apply for Company Registration
  • Ensure you have a Director ID. If not, please click here to apply for one.
  • After purchasing the product, initiate the company registration process.
  • Once the form is completed, save your progress and proceed to pay the Cleardocs fee.
  • You will receive Registration Package 1, which includes the Consent for Directors to sign.
  • You will then be prompted to pay the ASIC fee.
  • Once the company registration is finalized and you receive the ACN, you can begin the SMSF Borrowing Bank process.

Step 2: Completing the SMSF Borrowing Bank Process
  • After the company registration is finalized and the ACN is obtained, a link to 'Continue with SMSF borrowing (bank)' will be available on the 'My Documents' page under SMSF borrowing (bank) + register Corporate Trustee product in SMSF borrowing (bank) section.
  • Or you can find a pending order created on the 'My Documents' page under SMSF borrowing (bank) product and click on 'Review answers' under What's Next.
  • Save your progress and continue, then submit to complete the documents.
Step 3: Optional Printing, Binding, and Courier Service
  • You have the option to request printing and binding of the documents, with delivery via courier. This choice can be made at any time, even after the company is registered.
  • If you opt for printing and binding, once the company is registered, return to Cleardocs, go to Printing and Binding then select "Confirm printing," and provide the delivery address and other details.
